Please allow 5-7 business days for production for non-monogramed products. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production for monogramed products. Any personalized or monogramed products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sakanaphotography shipping policies are subject to change and may be revoked at any time. Sakanaphotography reserves the right to charge shipping on orders that do not follow this policy.
LOCAL PICK-UP
We offer the choice of free pick-up at our location for all products EXCEPT cell phone cases, framed art, ice buckets and dinnerware.

- Once you order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email notification from us.

- Pick-up times are Monday through Friday 9-5
- Orders not picked-up within 60 days of notification will be refunded and returned to stock.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or if it was a custom order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is damage to the box, you must take photos of the damage for record before mailing back.

Sale items
Sale items may be exchanged, but not returned. Final Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Damages/Defects

Gifts
Non personalized gifts are eligible for exchanges or store credit within 30 days of product receipt.
PROCESS

- Once submitted, you will receive an email response from Customer Service within 1-2 business days, including instructions.

- We will provide you with a pre-paid Return Label
- Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the replacement order, within 1-2 business days.
- Standard production times apply to exchanges.

- You will receive an email confirmation that the refund has been processed.
